This new version of the CNOA Standard Agreement is comprised of 3 complementary and inseparable parts.

a - The Conditions of Agreement that stipulates the general provisions applicable to the relationship between Client and Architect.
b - The Memorandum of Agreement that records the specific provisions of the agreement, the identification and statute of the parties, the objectives of the project, the fee amount and its method of calculation (lump sum, percentage or time charge). It refers to a Schedule of Fees and Expenses.
c - The Schedule of Fees and Expenses that details the exact breakdown of the architect's fee as well as the direct expenses.

2 Versions of the Agreement are now available:
- A "standard" version that is locked; with the CNOA logo.
- A "template" version that can be edited by users; without the CNOA logo
that no longer includes the term "Standard Form of Agreement".
